I am a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and I have experience coaching a wide variety of athletes at a very high level. I've coached runners training from their first race, runners rehabilitating after an injury, athletes looking for PR's, and collegiate athletes looking to take their abilities to the next level. I also have experience being coached by U.S. Olympians Des Linden and Jared Ward.

My approach is unique in that I utilize my backgrounds in kinesiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, research, and physical therapy to fully optimize your performance. I know what it takes to bring out the best in athletes, and I understand how to do it safely and efficiently.

My plans are personally tailored to you. Your goals are at the forefront of the plan, and how we progress in each plan is not based on what the plan says to do like a typical, pre-written out plan might be. Rather, changes are based on you and your responses to workouts.

Customized Training Plans

Unlike many other coaches or programs, I don't have pre-made training plans. Rather, I use a periodization training model to create a plan based on you, your fitness, and your goals, and progressing through the plan is based on your performance and recovery on scheduled runs and workouts.

Gait Analysis

I offer each of my running athletes a gait analysis. This helps me assess any injury risk or running economy insufficiencies that may be present. I like to be transparent with my analysis for you to understand what I am seeing as well.

24/7 Communication

Whether you'd like to schedule weekly check-ins or shoot me a text with a training questions whenever you'd like, I am readily available to you. I like to give my athletes an open line to communicate any time of day to pick my brain or bring up any questions or concerns they may have.
