My Approach

I am a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and I have been coaching a wide variety of athletes at a high level for a few years now. I've coached runners training from their first race, runners rehabbing after an injury, athletes new to the gym, and collegiate athletes looking to take their abilities to the next level. I also have experience being coached by U.S. Olympians Des Linden and Jared Ward.

My approach is unique in that I take my background in kinesiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, and physical therapy into consideration as well. I know what it takes to bring out the best in athletes, and I understand how to do it safely and efficiently.

My plans are personally tailored to you. I don't use a lot of pre-written plans, and if I do, they are typically used as a guideline. Your goals are at the forefront of the plan, but how we progress in each plan is not based on what the plan says to do. Rather, changes are based on how you are progressing, which is assessed by how you're handling your mileage, how your workouts are feeling, soreness or injuries you may have, etc.
